In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all visitors the opportunity to speak, the Mayor may impose a three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing the City Council. 12. Consider Resolution 2026-3255 authorizing the City Manager to Renew the Employee Health and Dental Insurance Plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas

13. Consider Resolution 2026-3256 authorizing an Interlocal Agreement with Texas Political Subdivisions Joint Self-Insurance Fund for Purposes of Providing Workers’ Compensation Insurance for Fiscal Year 2026-2027

14. Consider Resolution 2026-3257 authorizing a Project Funding Agreement with the Highland Village Community Development Corporation to authorize the City to Spend Type B Sales Tax Funds on authorized Projects for the 2026-2027 Fiscal Year

15. Conduct an Annual Review of the City’s Investment Policy and consider Resolution 2026-3258 adopting the City’s Investment Policy for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 with any Amendments Thereto

Consider Resolution 2026-3261 authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Sign a Multi-Year Agreement for the Purchase of Police Body Worn and Vehicle Cameras, Tasers, and Virtual Reality Training System from Axon Enterprises, Inc. through the City’s Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with The Local Government Purchasing Cooperative (BuyBoard)
